Earn $10k+ For Each Client Referred!
Leap is transforming the sales hiring process by leveraging the expertise of their Leap Advisors, who are sales leaders with 8+ years of leadership experience, that evaluate candidates for companies. In an exciting update, we’ve introduced a referral partner program, enabling Leap Advisors to earn $10,000+ for each client they refer.
Here's how it works
1) For every introduction to a new company that leads to a meeting with a hiring leader, the referring Leap Advisor will receive $200
2) Once the prospect becomes a client, Leap will reward the referring Advisor with $1,000 for each candidate Leap recruits, up to the first 10 recruited
3) The referring Advisor will have the option to interview candidates for the new company, continuing to get paid for every completed interview by Leap
Curious about payment details?
For referrals, Leap will pay Advisors within 2 weeks of the initial meeting. When it comes to recruiting candidates, Leap receives payment within 30 days of each successful placement. Once a placement is confirmed, the referring Advisor will receive $1,000 for the first 10 confirmed placements per referral.
Rest assured, all tracking and payments will be handled through Gusto, our payroll service.
