Leap is building a platform that pays sales leaders to interview candidates for companies.
Sales hiring is broken. Anyone who has had to hire a lot of sales people knows how broken the process is. Balancing quality and speed is challenging.
It seems like every solution in the market is increasing the top of the candidate funnel. More candidates is great but it also causes strain and consumes more time.
Where Leap comes in
Leap is building a platform that pays sales leaders to interview candidates for companies. Our aim is to filter the top of the candidate funnel with an Advisor that has deep domain expertise in the subject matter.
We match our client companies with Leap Advisors that give impartial feedback about candidates before the clients invest time into interviewing them.
Whether an Advisor passes or fails a candidate doesn’t matter. Leap pays Advisors per interview for their time and judgment.
With 32 sales leaders onboarded as Leap Advisors through the end of 2022, we’re ramping our efforts to hit 100 Advisors by the end of March 2023. An aggressive goal!
